DIAGNOSIS FIRST. YOUR GOALS ALWAYS.

A treatment plan starts with you.

What has pain taken away from your day? What have you tried? What matters most to your recovery? These questions belong alongside your examination and imaging.

Dr. Jalali helps you understand the available options, their limitations, and their risks, so you can make an informed decision together. Surgery is a consideration—not an automatic next step.

01 / CERVICAL SPINE

Treatment options for the neck.

Procedure selection depends on where compression occurs, spinal alignment and stability, prior treatment, and your individual goals.

Posterior Cervical Foraminotomy

Targeted relief of nerve-root compression from the back of the neck, including selected cases of persistent symptoms after an anterior procedure.

Cervical Laminoplasty

Expansion of the spinal canal without a planned fusion in appropriately selected patients.

02 / LUMBAR SPINE

Treatment options for the lower back.

The goal is to match the operation to the diagnosis—not to fit every patient into the same procedure.

Lumbar Fusion

Stabilization for selected conditions. Depending on your anatomy and goals, approaches may include TLIF, ALIF, lateral interbody fusion, or posterior techniques.

03 / THORACIC & COMPLEX SPINE CARE

Individualized care for more complex problems.

Some conditions require a broader assessment of spinal alignment, bone health, prior surgery, and the way different spinal regions work together.

Revision Spine Surgery

An area of expertise focused on understanding persistent or new problems after previous spine surgery and whether further surgery can help.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE SPINE SURGERY

Smaller incisions. Thoughtful care.

Many spine procedures can be performed through smaller incisions, with less disruption to the surrounding muscles and tissues. This includes surgery to relieve pressure on nerves and certain types of spinal fusion.

When appropriate, a minimally invasive approach may help make recovery easier. Dr. Jalali will discuss whether it is an option for your procedure and what you can expect as you return to everyday activities.
